Jacob Apjok is SCA trained in commercial espresso machine hydraulics, electrics, water analysis, and preventative maintenance. He is currently specializing in La Marzocco, Nuova Simonelli and Ascaso machines but can service most any brand. Jacob has a background in Automobile and Automatic Carwash Service and Repair.
